Client Responsibilities
Information Provision
Provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for service delivery. This includes all relevant financial records, documentation, and business information.
Record Keeping
Maintain proper books and records in accordance with statutory requirements and provide access to all relevant documentation.
Timely Communication
Respond promptly to requests for information and notify us of any changes that may affect our services or advice.
Payment Terms
Make payments in accordance with agreed terms and conditions, typically within 30 days of invoice date.

Fees & Payment Terms
Fee Structure
Our fees are based on the time spent, complexity of work, and level of expertise required. Fee estimates will be provided before commencing work, with any significant variations discussed in advance.

Payment Terms

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Service Termination
By Client
You may terminate our services at any time with reasonable notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
We will provide an orderly handover of records and work in progress upon request.
By AGL Accountants
We may terminate services with reasonable notice, particularly in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or professional conflicts.
We will ensure proper completion of urgent matters and orderly handover where possible.
